CALL TO ORDER Vice Chairman Paul Krebs called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2002 in the East Conference Room of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). Roll Call: Chairman Thomas Helgeson, absent Vice Chairman Paul Krebs, present Committee Member Louise Allen, absent Committee Member Mike Masters, present Committee Member Lorie Taylor, present II. CONSENT CONSENT A. Approval Of The May 9, 2002 Regular Meeting Minutes. MOTION BY COMMITTEE MEMBER T A YLOJR. "I MOVE THEY BE ACCEPTED AS PRESENTED." SECONDED BY COMMITTEE MEMBER MASTERS. DISCUSSION. VOTE: VICE CHAIRMAN KREBS: AYE COMMITTEE MEMBER MASTERS: AYE COMMITTEE MEMBER TAYLOR: AYE MOTION CARRIED. III. REGULAR AGENDA REGULAR A. Update From Staff. Mr. Alan Hill, Superintendent, Public Works Department, informed the Committee that Staff is researching whether a "Rider" can be added to the City insurance policy to cover the wall; that ownership of the wall belongs to the City; and distributed a listing of the monies currently in the budget. Due to a change in zoning on the parcel of property - Mr. Hill advised the Committee, "The Commission has directed Staff to look into what it would cost to get the individual platting and - there is some discussion about that at Monday night's Commission Meeting. So until they actually, according to the Assessment District, Constitution, By Laws - each lot would have to be individually platted in order to become a part of the Oak Forest PUD [Planned Unit Development]." REGULAR B. Winter Springs Boulevard's Medians. Brief discussion. D. Homeowner's Communications. This Agenda Item was not discussed. IV. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS . Update From Staff. . Winter Springs Boulevard's Medians. . Wall Extension. . Homeowner's Communications. . Introduction Of The Landscape/Hardscape Maintenance Coordinator. . Maintenance Issues. v. REPORTS Committee Member Lori Taylor spoke of the demise of the flowers located in the wall planters and questioned if holding Meetings every month is necessary. Mr. Hill advised he would "Look into" the By Laws regarding Meeting schedules. "I'D LIKE TO MAKE A MOTION THAT WE ADJOURN THE MEETING ACCORDING TO MY WATCH AT 7:15." SECONDED BY COMMITTEE MEMBER MASTERS. DISCUSSION. WITH CONSENSUS OF THE COMMITTEE, THE MOTION WAS APPROVED. MOTION CARRIED.
