Tape I/Side B Other questions Vice Chairman Krebs had been asked were "Who is watering the trees and how often"; and of the total assessment, what was the percentage that was spent on landscaping. Mr. Hill reported that he would find out the percentage and "That the City of Winter Springs is watering the trees - that we transplanted. We did it for three (3) weeks and - we really need to do it once a week." Mr. Hill further explained that Arrizo and Sons was responsible for watering all trees that are not irrigated, but the Maintenance Bond assures that dead trees will be replaced. Brief discussion.
