Roll Call: Chairman Mathew Matisak, present Vice Chairperson Alisa Kaufman, present Board Member Dick Crenshaw, present Board Member James B. Pitts, present Board Member Greg Roero, present Board Member Leah Weisman, absent Board Member Jim Wentz, present Alternate Board Member Sherri P. Moore, absent Alternate Board Member Laura-Leigh Wood, absent Next, Chairman Mathew Matisak led the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. Chairman Matisak inquired if there were any "Agenda Changes". Captain Tolleson replied, "Yes, sir, there is." Captain Tolleson continued, "We have no cases." INFORMATIONAL AGENDA INFORMATIONAL 100. Not Used. CONSENT AGENDA CONSENT 200. Office Of The City Clerk Approval Of The March 20, 2007 Regular Meeting Minutes. Chairman Matisak asked, "Can I get a Motion to approve the March 20t" [2007] Meeting minutes?" CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA MINUTES CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD REGULAR MEETING -APRIL 17, 2007 PAGE 2 OF 6 "I WILL MAKE A MOTION." MOTION BY BOARD MEMBER JIM WENTZ. SECONDED BY BOARD MEMBER GREGORY ROERO. DISCUSSION. VOTE: CHAIRMAN MATISAK: AYE VICE CHAIRPERSON KAUFMAN: BOARD MEMBER CRENSHAW: AYE BOARD MEMBER PITTS: AYE BOARD MEMBER ROERO: AYE BOARD MEMBER WENTZ: AYE MOTION CARRIED. AWARDS AND PRESENTATIONS AWARDS AND PRESENTATIONS 300. Not Used. 400. REPORTS Chairman Matisak asked, "Captain Tolleson, at this time, do you have anything that you wish to address the Board about?" Captain Tolleson answered, "Yes, sir, I do." Captain Tolleson continued, "I have finished the class -and it will be May the 3rd [2007] at 6:00 P.M., at the Police Department." Captain Tolleson asked, "If anybody wants to go, if they can let me know, I'll hold a seat." Board Member Wentz commented, "I will be there." Vice Chairperson Kaufman remarked, "I would like to go." Chairman Matisak reiterated, "So, it is Thursday, May the 3rd, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Discussion ensued on the Agenda for the Training Seminar. Chairman Matisak asked, "And where is this Meeting going to take place?" Captain Tolleson said, "At the Police Department in the EOC Room." Discussion. Captain Tolleson replied, "Yes, sir." Chairman Matisak asked, "Board Member Pitts?" Board Member Pitts said, "I will be there." Chairman Matisak commented, "I will be in attendance." Vice Chairperson Kaufman remarked, "I will be there." Board Member Roero added, "I will be there." Board Member Wentz stated, "I will be there." Board Member Crenshaw answered, "I will." Captain Tolleson asked, "If we can get the Clerk's Office to contact the other three (3)?" Ms. Danielle Harker, Assistant to the City Clerk agreed that she would. Chairman Matisak reiterated, "So, it looks like all that are present this evening intend on being there." Captain Tolleson commented, "And if you all don't mind, I will introduce you all because I think it's fair that everyone knows who you all are as well." Chairman Matisak remarked, "Okay." Discussion. Chairman Matisak reiterated, "So, 6:00 [p.m.]-10:00 [p.m.], Thursday, May 3~d [2007], at the Police Department." Ms. Harker commented, "I just wanted to inform you that at the last Meeting you asked that three (3) of these `Finding of Facts and Relief Order Scripts' be made and they have been made." Chairman Matisak commented, "Thank you very much." Vice Chairperson Kaufman said, "Thank you." Discussion ensued on information from the City Clerk Andrea Lorenzo-Luaces regarding changes from the City Commission and the Sunshine Law. PUBLIC INPUT No one spoke.
