Pitts, in the Commission Chambers of the Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708). Roll Call: Chairman Mathew Matisak, absent Vice Chairman Greg Roero, absent Board Member Dick Crenshaw, present Board Member Alisa Kaufman, present Board Member James B. Pitts, present Board Member Leah Weisman, present Board Member Jim Wentz, present Alternate Board Member Sherri P. Moore, present Alternate Board Member Laura-Leigh Wood, present For the Record, Board Member James B. Pitts noted that Chairman Mathew Matisak and Vice Chairman Greg Roero were Approved to be absent from the Meeting. Board Member Pitts welcomed Ms. Sherri Moore and Ms. Laura-Leigh Wood to the Code Enforcement Board. Next, Board Member Pitts led the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. Board Member Pitts inquired if there were any "Agenda Changes". Captain Glenn Tolleson, Police Department stated, "The Agenda is clear." PUBLIC INPUT No one spoke. Not Used. 600. REPORTS Captain Tolleson noted that the "Case on North Bombay A venue was mowed and did not cost the City anything. The property owner contacted me and apologized for missing the Meeting. That case has been resolved." Then, Captain Tolleson stated, "We will start the trial on Mr. Binford - on the (State Road) 434 corridor." Board Member Jim Wentz asked, "What is the latest status on the Police Department Meeting?" Captain Tolleson stated, "Next two (2) to three (3) weeks." Board Member Pitts suggested that Captain Tolleson email the Board Members with the date of the Meeting.
