FL 32708 The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in hearing on October 15, 1996, in the matter of Miguel A. Falcon and Ryland Mortgage CO.-North to determine whether they are in violation of Section 20-433 of the Codes of the City of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDING OF FACT Miguel A. Falcon of 604 Murphy Road and Ryland Mortgage CO.-North was in fact in violation of Section 20-433 of the Code of the City of Winter Springs; and that such violation has been corrected as of this meeting within the time specified for correction by the Code Inspector, as per City Ordinance Section 2-59; and that an appropriate relief order be issued at this meeting to address any potential future violations of this same Ordinance. ORDER OF THE BOARD Miguel A. Falcon and Ryland Mortgage CO.-North having been found to have been in violation of Section 20-433 ofthe Code of this City, shall be notified by this board that any future violations of this code section will result in a fine being imposed in the amount of $ 150.00 per day for each violation until compliance is achieved, as verified by an officer of the City. Furthermore, any and all future recurrence(s) of this violation after compliance has been achieved will immediately cause the stated fine to be imposed until compliance is again achieved, as verified by an officer of the City. Since Miguel A. Falcon is present and has heard the Order of this Board, due notification has been given as of this meeting. Picquet and Bancboston Mortgage (FL) to determine whether they are in violation of Section 13-2(c) of the Codes of the City of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: ORDER OF THE BOARD Delores T. Picquet and Bancboston Mortgage (FL) having been previously found to be in violation of Section 13-2(c) of the Code of this City at the Code Enforcement Board meeting of September 19, 1995, and having been shown by the evidence and testimony presented at this meeting to have repeated this violation in the face ofa standing Relief Order of this Board, shall be given due notification that this is a repeat violation, and a fine of$ 250.00 , as provided by FSS 162.09 (2)(a), be imposed for each day this violation continues past the date of notification, until compliance is achieved, as verified by an officer of the City. Furthermore, any and all repeat violations of this order in the future will cause this same fine to be immediately imposed for each day the violation continues until compliance is achieved, as verified by an officer of the City. Curry having been found to be in violation of Section 20-433 of the Code of this City shall be given 10 days to come into compliance with regard to this violation after notification by this board. If compliance is not achieved by that date, a fine of $ 150.00 will be imposed per day until compliance is achieved, as verified by an officer of the city. Furthermore, any and all future recurrence(s) of this violation after compliance has been achieved will immediately cause the stated fine to be imposed until compliance is again achieved, as verified by an officer of the City. Since Robert Young is present and has heard the Order of this Board; due notification has been given as of this meeting.
