Awad and Cenlar Federal Savings Bank are in compliance; sufficient evidence states that this is a recurring violation of Section 13-2(c). Therefore, Tony S. Awad and Cenlar Federal Savings Bank are in violation of Section 13-2(c) of the codes of the City of Winter Springs, Florida. ORDER OF THE BOARD 1. Tony S.
