The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in hearing on July 18, 1995,
in the matter of Thomas 1. Towner and First American RE Tax Service to determine whether they
are in violation of Section 13-2 of the code of the City of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all
evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1. Thomas 1. Towner and First American RE Tax Service are in violation of
Section 13-2: Littering, Stagnant pool and Trash in yard.
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1. Thomas 1. Towner and First American RE Tax Service having been
found in violation of Section 13-2 of the City Code of Winter Springs,
is hereby given seven (7) days after receipt of delivery to correct this
violation, if not corrected by this time as determined by an officer of
this city, shall be assessed a fine in the amount of $100.00 per day
until such violation is found to be corrected by observation by a city
officer.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, instructs all
enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this Order.

The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in hearing on July 18, 1995,
in the matter of Charles and Mary Andrescavage to determine whether there are repeat violations of
Section 4-1 Loose Dog(s), of the Code of the City of Winter Springs and Section 20.23 of the Code
of Seminole County, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the
following:
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1. Charles and Mary Andrescavage are in repeat violation of Sections 4-1 ( city)
and 20.23 (county), Loose Dog(s)
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1.
Charles and Mary Andrescavage having been found by
this board to be in repeat violation of Sections 4-1 of
the code of this city. Effective immediately, Charles
and Mary Andrescavage shall be assessed a fine in the
amount of$250.00 for each future violation. This will
be determined by an officer of the city.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, instructs all
enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this Order.

The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in hearing on
July 18, 1995, in the matter of Deborah A. Montevechi to determine whether she is in
violation of Section 13-2(b) Trash in Yard, of the Code of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1. Deborah A. Montevechi is in violation of Section 13-2(b), Trash in Yard.
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1.
Deborah A. Montevechi having been found in
violation of Section 13-2(b) of the City Code of
Winter Springs, is hereby given four (4) weeks
beginning July 18, 1995 to correct this violation, and
shall be assessed a fine in the amount of $100.00 per
day until such violation is found to be corrected. This
will be determined by an officer of the city. In
addition, any repeat occurrences of the same violation,
after the time given to correct the violation, as
determined by an officer of the city, shall cause the
immediate fine of $1 00.00 to be assessed for each day
of violation until the violation is found to be corrected.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, instructs
all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this Order.
