HomeMy WebLinkAbout1995 03 21 Regular ORDER OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD - CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS IN RE: Charles and Mary Andrescavage 219 Morton Lane Winter Springs, FL 32708 Case 195001917 The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in hearing on March 21, 1995, in the matter of Charles and Mary Andrescavage to determine whether they are in viol ation of, Chapter 4-1, (20.23) Loose Dogs, of the Code of the City of winter Springs Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW 1. Charles and Mary Andrescavage are in violation of Chapter 4-1, (20.23) Loose Dogs. ORDER OF THE BOARD: 1. Charles and Mary Andrescavage, having been found in violation of the above stated Chapter of the City Code of the City of winter Springs, are to correct this violation immediately upon receipt by certified mail, and if not corrected by that time, shall be assessed a fine in the amount of $50.00 per violation until such violation is found to be corrected by a City Officer. Any repeat occurrences of same violation as determined by a ci ty Officer shall cause an immediate fine of $50.00 to assessed for each occurrence until the violation is similarly found to be corrected. Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this order. Boehm 1569 Warrington Street Winter Springs, FL 32708 Case #CEB-94-454 The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in hearing on January 17,1995, in the matter of Timothy R. and Marcia M. Boehm to determine whether they are in violation of, Chapter 13 (Nuisances) I ARTICLE I I (Noise), Section 13-34 (Animal s I Birds), of the Code of the City of Winter Springs Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW 1. Timothy R. and Marcia M. Boehm are in violation of Chapter 13-34 ORDER OF THE BOARD: 1. Timothy R. and Marcia M. Boehm, having been found in violation of the above stated Chapter of the City Code of the City of Winter Springs, are to correct this violation immediately upon receipt by certified mail, and if not corrected by that time, shall be assessed a find in the amount of $50.00 per violation until such violation is found to be corrected by a ci ty Officer.
