The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat
in Hearing on July 21, 1992, in the matter of Jeanette C. L inders,
owner of record, to detennine whether she is in violation of Section
13-2(d), stagnant Pool, of the Code of Winter Springs, Florida. UPon
hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following:
1. Jeanette C. L inders, owner of record, is in violation of Section
13-2(d).
ORDER OF THE BOARD

1. Jeanette C. L inders, owner of record, having been found in
violation of Section 13-2(d) of the Code of Winter Springs, shall
have a period of ten (10) days after notification to cane into
ca11>liance, thereafter a fine of $50.00 per day be levied and the
fine will be reinstated for any future violations of this Section
as detennined by an officer of the City of Winter Springs.
Now, then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to
acca11> 1 ish th i s Order.

Meinhalt, owner of record, to determine whether she is in
violation of Section 4-2, More than Two (2) Doss, of the Code of
Winter Springs, Florida. UPon hearing all evidence on the matter,
the Board arrived at the following:
