BECKW I TH, ONNER OF RECORD 141-147 GARDEN DRIVE, WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA 32708 The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in Hearing on May 21, 1992, in the matter of James C. Beckwith, owner of record, to determine whether he is in violation of Section 19-1, ONner shall provide trash and garbage collection service, of the Code of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: 1. Richard C. Beckwith, owner of record, is in violation of Section 19-1. ORDER OF THE BOARD 1. Richard C. Beckwith, owner of record, having been found in violation of Section 19-1 of the Code of Winter Springs, a fine be levied of $250.00 per day beginning after five (5) working days of notification of this relief order if the violation continues; and any subsequent violations of this Section as determined by an officer of the City of Winter Springs, shall once again commence the same fine, five (5) working days after notification. Mr. James C. Beckwith is owner of record as indicated fran the Seminole County Tax Appraisers Office, dated 5-21-92. Now, then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accanp 1 ish th i s Order.
