BOARD MEMBERS: Art HofDmann, Chainman, Present Anne Schneider, Vice-Chainman, Present Jim McShea, Present Lurene Lyzen, Present Lloyd Anderson, Absent Bob Gray, Absent James Dasher, Absent CITY OFFICIAL: Al White, Code Inspector Extra Meeting to Amend Relief Order Frem May 19, 1992 Meeting - CEB-92-170, James C. Beckwith, The Peoples Bank of Bridgeport Connecticut - 141- 147 Garden Drive, Section 19-1 - Owner Shall Provide Trash and Garbage Collection Service: Hoffmann stated that this is a special meeting of the Code Enforcement Board to amend relief and finding of fact concerning case #CEB-92-170, which was discussed and voted on May 19, 1992. r White passed out an up date on this case. He said we received a day after our meeting of May 19th, a letter frem Sears Mortgage Corp., who is the agent for the Peoples Bank of Bridgeport. Sears Mortgage was noticed as well as the Peoples Bank of Bridgeport, as interested parties. The owner of record is indicated as of this date, which is located on the last two pages of your packets. The owner of record is still James C. Beckwith as of this morning, the mortgage ccrrpany on the I ast page is still Sears Mortgage Ccrrpany. We need to incl ude Mr. Beckwith in our findings. Discussion. White stated that Sears Mortgage Co. was noticed at the start of this investigation. Hoffmann stated that the first thing that needs to be done is call for an amendment to the finding of fact, which we delete the Bank of Bridgeport as violators and just find as a finding of fact the violator is Beckwith, the owner of record as of this date. Lyzen moved to amend the. finding of fact made on May 19, 1992, in the case of CEB-92-170, to delete the name of Peoples Bank of Bridgeport Connecticut, and state the owner of record as of May 21, 1992, James C. Beckwith, and this record is with the Serrdnole County's Tax Appraisers Office. Seconded by Schneider. Vote: All aye. Motion carried. Discussion on the relief order. RELIEF ORDER: McShea moved to amend the relief order made on May 19, 1992, in the case CEB-92-170, move that James C. Beckwith of P.O. Box 181 Windemere, FL ~ 32786, is found in violation of Section 19-1, and a fine be levied of $250.00 per day beginning after five (5) working days of notification of this relief order if the violation continues; and any subsequent violations of this Section shall once again commence as determined by an officer of the City of Winter Springs
