ORDER OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD - CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS IN RE: BILL TONEY, 657 SILVERCREEK, WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA 32708 #89-03-15-027 The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in Hearing on July 18, 1989 in the matter of Bill Toney to determine whether he is in violation of Sec. 44-81, commercial vehicle in R-Zoning, of the Code of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW 1. Bill Toney is in violation of Sec. 44-81. After arriving at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters an Order as follows: . ORDER OF THE BOARD 1. Mr. Ton~y having been found in violation of Sec. 44-81, will be fined $10.00 per day for each day he is in violation, starting seven (7) days from the date of this Hearing. ARMANDO GUARIN, 602 ANHINGA ROAD, WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA 32708 #89-07-05-029 The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in Hearing on July 18, 1989 in the matter of Armando Guarin to determine whether he is in violation of Sec.9-277and Sec. 6-3, Use of Building Altered, of the Code of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW 1. Mr. Armando Guarin is in violation of Sec8-277 and Sec. 6-3. After arriving at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters an Order as follows: ORDER OF THE BOARD 1. Mr. Armando Guarin who is present before us tonight, having been found in violation of Winter Springs Ordinances involving his residence, shall correct the situation within three (3) weeks of this Hearing, or be fined $25 per day until the situation, in the judgment of officers of the City of Wiriter Springs, is in compliance with the original plan of the City of Winter Springs.
