In reference to your request for additional mileage due to your
position as Chairman of the Code Enforcement Board, I have discussed
this with the City Manager.
The $25.00 per month expense reimbursement check you are now
receiving is to cover these expenses; therefore, no other expenditures
are authorized.
I have enclosed a copy of the Resolution which provided for re-
imbursement of expenses to the Code Enforcement Board members.

1. That Joseph C. and Theresa Nicosia be fined $100 per day for
any or all violations of Sec. 7-1b, Sec. 5-128, or Sec. 44-85,
and this Relief Order is to take effect seven (7) days after
notification.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this Order.

The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in
Haring on May 16, 1989 in the matter of James and Janice Lawrence, to
determine whether they are in violation of Sec. 44-85, working on cars in
front and side yard (over allowed time period), and Sec. 7-1b, littering
the area.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1. James and Janice Lawrence are in violation of Secs. 44-85
and 7-1b.
After arr~v~ng at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters
an Order as follows:
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1. That Mr. Lawrence be fined $25 per day when found- in violation
of Sec. 44-85 or Sec. 7-1b,and that he be given 48 hours after
notification to correct the violations before his fines commence.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this Order.

The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in
Hearing on March 21, 1989 in the matter of the Winter Springs Development
Corporation, to determine whether the Corporation is in violation of Sec.
5-118, erecting a sign without a permit of the Code of Winter Springs, Florida.
Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1.
The Winter Springs Development Corporation is in violation of Sec.
5-118.

After arriving at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters
an Order as follows:
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1. The Winter Springs Development Corporation will be allowed thirty (30)
days from the date of this Hearing, to come into compliance, or there
will be a fine of $50 per day, for this violation or any future violatioIlS
of Sec. 5-118.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this order.

The Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, sat in
Hearing on March 21, 1989 in the matter of Sherley, Calvin, & Fredricka
Fripp, to determine whether they are in violation of Sec. 5-128, Insecure
pool, and Sec. 5-149, Pool Nuisance (stagnant water), of the Code of Winter
Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived
at the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1. Sherley, Calvin, & Fredricka Fripp are in violation of Sees. 5-128
and 5-149.
After arriving at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters an
Order as follows:
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1. Sherley, Calvin, & Fredricka Fripp will be fined $100.00 per day,
fourteen (14) days after being notified, until they come into compliance
with Sec. #5-128 and Sec. # 5-149.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this order.

Hearing on March 21, 1989 in the matter of Julie A. and Jamie Beth Cody
to determine whether they are in violation of Sec. 9-14, Noise Nuisance,
of the Code of Winter Springs, Florida. Upon hearing all evidence on the
matter, the Board arrived at the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW
1. Julie A. and Jamie Beth Cody are in violation of Sec. 9-14.
After arriving at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters an
Order as follows:
ORDER OF THE BOARD
1. In the case of Julie A. and Jamie Beth Cody, based on the testimony
of witnesses, any violation in the future, of Sec. 9-14 of the Winter
Springs Ordinances, as determined by an officer of the City, shall
result in a fine of $100.00 per incident as of the date of this Hearing.
Now then, the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Winter Springs, Florida
instructs all enforcement procedures to be instituted to accomplish this Order.
