Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDING OF FACT AND LAW 1. Lori Vogel was in violation of Sec. 4-15. e After arriving at the foregoing Findings of Fact and Law, the Board enters an Order as follows: ORDER OF THE BOARD 1. That Lori Vogel come into compliance with Sec. 4-15, or be fined $25 for each vioation after written notification. Upon hearing all evidence on the matter, the Board arrived at the following: FINDINGS OF FACT AND LAW 1. Dr. Charles Martin was in violation of Sec. 14-1 (0).
