CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS MARCH 19, 1984 The Code Enforcement Board Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jay Alpert. Roll Call: Jay Alpert, present Tom Stoddart, absent Ben Kaplan, present Thomas Dougherty, present Marianne Cheeseman, present Mike DePasquale, present Arthur Hoffmann, present Code Prosecutor Charles Sexton Motion was made by DePasquale, seconded by Kaplan, to accept the minutes of January 16, 1984. Vote: all aye; motion carried. Discussion of closed and pending cases: Discussion. Mr. Dougherty complained about basketball hoops being placed in the right-of-ways in the Oak Forest area, and he said the residents are concerned for the safety of the children. This complaint will be checked out. Report on Case of Diane Setordepour: Officer Sexton reported that Officer that the chickens have been removed. chickens are returned and we receive Dowell checked this morning and was assured The case is now closed; however, if the a complaint, the case will be reopened.
