BEAUTIFICATION OF WINTER SPRINGS BOARD
WORKSHOP MEETING
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1990
Chairman Carl Stephens opened the Workshop Meeting at 11:05 a.m.. Present were
Chairman Carl Stephens, Vice-Chairman Cindy Gennell, Diane Brown and Richard Allen.
Chairman Stephens stated that the purpose of this Meeting is to draw up a letter
which will be sent to the various Homeowners Associations in honor of Arbor Day.
Chairman Stephens asked for suggestions as to what to include in the letter.
Discussion. Also discussed was the Arbor Day Tree Planting Application which is to
accompany the letter.
The wording of the letter and the application was completed (see attachments).
The letter will go to all Homeowners Associations and the Civic Association. An
address and name for the Indian Ridge Association will have to be obtained.
Gil Artman, Director of Public Works, will tell us the actual time of the Arbor Day
ceremony on Friday, April 27th.
Mary Norton will distribute the letter and application to all Homeowners Associations.
The Workshop Meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m..
