I. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Trustees - Pension Plan Regular Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday,
February 25, 2004 at 7:30 p.m., and was to be held in the Commission Chambers of the
Municipal Building (City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida
32708).

Chairman Robert Nippes, present
Vice Chairman Vernon Rozelle, present
Board Member Vincent Giannoni, absent
Board Member Tim Pesut, absent
Board Member Mark Queen, absent
Note: Due To Lack Of A Quorum, There Was No Meeting.
