We have made a substantial amount of pro- gress with the Plan and I feel the employees will appreciate the Plan. r- As you know, I work for the firm of Ogle & Waters, Inc. We provide Employee Benefit Consultant Services including professional Plan Administration for clients such as the City of Winter Springs. The City is now receiving bids for the services of an Administrative Delegate. Ogle & Waters has submitted a bid to provide the administrative services. The law does not specifically exclude me from serving as a Trustee and our firm from providing the administrative services. Nevertheless, I feel I must regretfully submit my resignation as a Trustee in order to be unconditionally considered to provide the admin- istrative services for your Plan. I enjoyed working with you as a fellow Trustee and would hope to have the opportunity to continue working with you as the provider of your administrative services. Respectfully Submitted, ~f)~ e , r-
