Sabeti, has made request that multiple-family residential units be allowed as a conditional use in a Neighborhood Commercial District as per Section 20-234 of the Code which reads : Sec. 20-234. Conditional uses. a) Multiple-family residential units may be permitted as conditional uses as provided by the board of adjustment. b) Before a conditional use may be granted within the classification, the board of adjustment must, after public hearings, find that the use of uses are consistent with the general zoning and with the public interest. The property where this conditional use is requested is the southeast comer of the intersection of Moss Road and S.R. 419. A similar conditional use was granted on March 5, 1992 to build quadraplexes at the intersection on Sherry Avenue and S.R, 419. Granting this conditional use would mean a 100% usage of the property as quadraplexes. The Board will hear the request of :Mr. H. Sabeti for a Conditional Use which would allow multiple-family residential units in a Neighborhood Commercial District as per Section 20-234 of the Code, if approved. She informed the Recording Secretary she would be attending the January 5, 1995 meeting; however, she will be submitting a letter of resignation from the Board of Adjustment to the appointing Commissioner.
