SECTION 5-113. SIGN STANDARDS
K. IDENTIFICATION SIGN
(2) SUch signs shall be located on private property only
and not less than twenty-five (25) feet from any
intersection. Each sign shall not exceed fourteen (14)

Variance
The applicants, Mr. &: Mrs. Michael P. Short, are requesting a variance to
Section 44.33 (2) of the Code. The property is zoned R-1A, One-Family Dwelling
District and is located at 517 Lombardy Road.
SECTION 44.33 FRONT, REAR AND SIDE YARD REGULATIONS
(2) REAR YARD: Rear yards shall not be less than thirty-
five (35) feet in depth in the R-1AA Single-Family Dwelling
Districts and twenty-five (25) feet in depth in R-1A
Single-Family Dwelling Districts.
The applicants are seeking a variance to reduce the rear yard setback from
twenty-five (25) feet to eighteen (18) feet to add a screen porch to their
house.
Attached is a plat depicting the proposed layout of the property.
