BOARD OF ADJUS TMENT MINUTES
Thursday, December 6, 1984
7:00 P.M.
The regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment was called to order by Chairman Ho1z.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by Chairman Ho1z.
ROLL CALL:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 4, 1984
Reid moved to approve minutes as submitted. Kessler second. Vote: All aye.
Minutes approved as submitted.
REQUEST OF WILLIAM G. BELCHER FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
OVER A FUNERAL HOME IN ZONE C-1 ON PART OF LOT 26, BLOCK B, D. R. MITCHELL SURVEY OF THE
LEVY GRANT (East side of S.R. 419 across from Seminole Pines).
City Planner presentation. William Belcher, applicant was present and asked that his
Contractor, Gerald Mackall be allowed to make his presentation. Gerald Mackall, Gontrac~or
came forward and was sworn in to make his presentation. Discussion.
Artman moved to grant Mr. Belcher's special exception as requested. Reid second.
Vote: All aye. Motion carries.
Meeting adjourned @ 7:10 P.M.
Chairman Ho1z re-opened the meeting to discuss the topic of whether a special exception
for an incinerator might not be required.
Discussion.
Reid moved to amend the motion to allow special exception or variance, whatever it may be
to allow the Crematorium on premises, subject to the necessary approval from other agencies
other than Winter Springs. Artman second.
Vote: All aye. Motion carries.
