Corp., 7:30 P.M., Monday, October 27, 1980, City Hall, Winter
Springs, Seminole County, Florida.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In the recent past I have acted in the capacity as agent for subject
principals relative to the sale and purchase of this 167 acre mobile
home park. This transaction has been closed. I consider my fiduciary
relationship as agent for the applicant concluded. However, in an
effort to adhere to the true intent of the Conflict of Interest
Statute, I file this statement.

SUBJECT: Mohawk Village Special Exception
Dear Mary:
This letter is in response to your notice dated October 17,
1980 regarding the Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled
October 27, 1980. Please be advised that Florida Land Company
does not object to the granting of this variance by the City
of Winter Springs as long as the mobile homes stored on site
will not be anchored, occupied or served by any utility as a
result of this variance.
For your information, prior to Mohawk Village rece~v~ng ap-
proval from the City of their plans and constructing the
associated improvements, Florida Land Company must approve
the development plans.
