Discussion followed in reference to the proposed workshop previously
planned for the week of March 24, 1980. Andrew Montvai mentioned he had
contacted the Mayor and that he would like to be present for the workshop
but would not be available till April 10. Weaver questioned the need for
a workshop among this group due to the proposed changes to take place.
It was generally agreed that the above would not be necessary at this time.

REQUEST OF RICHARD MORETTI FOR EXTENSION OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION IN ZONE C-2
ON U.S. 17-92 TO EXPAND EXISTING PAINT AND BODY SHOP AND WRECKING YARD
(EXCEPTION GRANTED OCTOBER 11, 1979).
Mr. Richard Moretti spoke for the request. He said that prior to con-
struction of his facility on U.S. 17-92, he would like to visit a
similar operation in Germany which rebuilds cars. He will install a fence
around the wrecking yard for visual buffering.
Weaver moved to grant the request of Richard Moretti for extension of
special exception in Zone C-2 on U.S. 17-92 to expand existing paint and
body shop and wrecking yard (exception granted October 11, 1979), not to
exceed six months. Seconded by Palmer. Vote: All aye. Motion carried.
REQUEST OF WALTER C. RINGO FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO REAR SETBACK REQUIRE-
MENT FOR SWIMMING POOL (SECTION 5-145).
Mr. Walter C. Ringo spoke for the above request. Due to the small lot,
Mr. Ringo would like permission to extend 7 feet from the back property
line instead of the usual 10 feet. He would not be cutting into the
easement. There have been no complaints received from any of his neigh-
bors. Bracht moved to make a special exception to rear setback re-
quirement for swimming pool (Section 5-145). Weaver seconded. Vote:
All aye. Motion carried.

RESIDENCES IN ZONE C-2 ON SOUTH MOSS ROAD.
There was no one present to speak for the above request. Mr. Brown felt
there was alot of information lacking. Palmer noted this seems to be an
upgrading of the property. Ms. Koch noted if the above request is
approved, the site regulations of R-3 would apply.
Weaver moved that the conditional use to construct multifamily residences
in Zone C-2 on South Moss Road be approved. Seconded by Montvai. Vote:
All aye. Motion carried.
Weaver moved to adjourn, seconded by Brown. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
