ADJUSTMENT JULY 21, 1976 e 1. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Bob Williams at 7:40 P. M. 2. First order of business was a request for a variance to appendix A, Art. VIII, Section C-2 Zoning, Uses Permitted. Mr. Pitman and his lawyer, Mr. Korman, discussed the need for a variance to allow him to obtain a license for operating an automotive service and used car lot. A motion was made by Larry Pellerin and seconded by Bob Melton to allow the variance with the following restrictions: A. Not authorized as a junkyard. B. Restriction of thirty days for any automobile to be disassembled and torn down and remain in public view. C. If there are any violations, the variance must be renewed with the license. The motion carried unanimously. 3. The second order of business was a request for a variance to Appendix A, Art. 5, Section 44.42, Item 3 pertaining to front, rear, and side yard regulations for R-l Family dwellings. Mr. Rudolph Tanuyan, 109. Camphorwood Street wants to construct a screen porch which would violate the restrictions set up by the Ordinance. It was determined that - Mr. Tanuyan did not have the necessary requirements to come before the , . Board. A special hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, July 28, if he would be able to meet the requirements. 4. The next Regular Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 7:30 P. M., August 18, 1976. 5.
