BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
FEBRUARY 18,1976

1. Meeting called to order at 7:30 P. M. All members present except
Bob Melton.
2. Motion made by Carl Mitchell that an indefinite extension be granted
J to the variance for relocation of the police trailer. Seconded by
Mary Brunner. Those in favor; Mary Brunner, Carl Mitchell and Bob
Williams. Those opposed: Larry Pellerin. Motion carried.
3. Motion made by Bob Williams that a variance to appendix A, Art. III,
Section 44.27.10 be granted to allow the use of two cows on Mr.
Parkhurst and Mr. Miller's properties; 251 Tradewinds Road and 555
Tradewinds Road respectively. Seconded by Larry Pellerin. Motion
carried unanimously.
4. Motion made by Bob Williams to grant a variance to Appendix A, Art. III,
Section 44.27.10 to Mr. Musgrove, 220 Panama Road to allow the use of
three cows On his property. Seconded by Mary Brunnex. Motion carried
e unanimously.
5. Mr. Carl Stevens requested a variance to have two horses on his property.
The Board determined that under Appendix A, Art. XIII, Section 44.78,
there was no requirement for a variance.
6. Motion made by Larry Pellerin that a variance be granted to Mr. and
Mrs. Williamson, 650 Tradewinds Road to allow a five foot fence be
established in the front section of his lawn instead of a four foot
fence as outlined in Chapter 5, Art. VII, Section 5-126. Seconded
by Mary Brunner. Those in favor of the motion: Bob Williams, Larry
Pellerin; those opposed, Mary Brunner, Carl Mitchell. Motion 'denied.
Variance was not granted.
7. The Board reviewed the memo from the Zoning Board and unanimous ly
approved of its contents.

8. The Board reviewed changes to the City 'Code under Supplements 5 and 6.
9. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P. M.
