" I \ e e ~ CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, that said Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing: (a) to consider a request for an exception to a C-l, Neighborhood Commercial zoning district seeking to construct a convenience market on the following described property presently lying within the municipal limits of the City of Winter Springs, I Florida, and more fully described as follows, to wit: All that part of Tract A of the Resubdivision of Block 5 and Tract A, of NORTH ORLANDO SECOND ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 76, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Tract A, thence North 88023'42" West along the North line of said Tract A, for a distance of 125.00 feet, thence due South 145.60 feet, thence due East 124.95 feet to a point of intersection with the East line of said Tract A, thence due North along the East line of said Tract A for a distance of 142.10 feet to the point of beginning. Cont- aining 0.413 acres, more or less. The present zoning classification of said property is C-l, Neighborhood Commercial, as that classification is described in the Zoning Ordinances and Regulations of Winter Springs, Florida. The Public Hearing will be held in the City Hall, Winter Springs, Florida on the 18th day of July, 1975, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time interested parties and citizens for and against the proposed request for an exception to the present zoning classification will be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time until final action is taken. THIS NOTICE shall be posted in three (3) public places within the City of Winter Springs, Florida, at the City Hall ... . 4 . e e e - t" e e within the said city, and published in the Evening Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Winter Springs, Florida, one time at least fifteen (15) days prior to the aforesaid hearing date.
