Mary Norton, City Clerk
Winter Springs City Hall
Winter Springs, Florida
Dear Mrs. Norton:
On July 5, 1973, I visited the Winter Springs City Hall,
and requested your assistance in locating minutes of the Board of
Adjustments meeting of June 6, 1973, which dealt with a request
of zoning variance for Cumberland Farms. Our search revealed that
the minutes had not as yet been turned to you and further that they
were in the possession of the secretary for the Board, Mrs. Cook.
Mrs. Cook indicated when we contacted her that the minutes of the
Board of Adjustments meeting were as yet untyped and had not been
approved by the Chairman of the Board of Adjustments, Mr. Don Smith.
She indicated at that time that she was going to attempt to trans-
cribe the minutes and have them approved by the Chairman and have
them into your office by the 6th of July.
If the minutes of the above cited meeting have been sub-
mitted to you, I request that you send me a copy of these minutes
at your earliest convenience.
Thank you again for your assistance in this matter.
