Don Smith, chairman, John Daniels and Mary L. Cook, secretary. The minutes of the March 22 an. April 19th meetings were rea.. I~ the March 22 minutes in the fourth an. fifth paragraphs, it shou1. be change. to rea. that it was a Special Exception to the Co.e (not to the Variance). With those changes, both meeting's minutes were approve. anti acceptec.. Mr. Dona1. F. Rei. of 206 Bitterwoo. appeared before the board to request a variance to the set back requirement of the rear yar. - see Article V, 3ection 44.42 (2)., so that he could extenj his patio ~nd enclose it into ~ ?lorida rooe. He furnished a co~y of the surveyor's report. After considerable uiscussion anc. study of the surveyor's report, the board tnen ~efined Mr. Reid's lot as fronti~g on Eitterwood, the westerly lot line being.87.26' followiq; :'I 24043.co'' .:.: to survey point. The rear lot line 41.30' fo11owL:;; S 4502'7'24" ; to the survey 2JL~t. The East lot li~le to the surv2Y point on Eitterwood. ~here are 2 side and one rear lot lines, and what Hr. Reid nee.Ls are vari:l.llces for a si,,-e lot line of about 1 foot and for tn~ rear lot line of 7.5 foot. Mr. Daniels then cade the motion tnat 3 v.ri~nce be Gr~n~~~ =0 gr. ~eid, for him to dxt~nd his ~atio area six f~et, ~n~ th~n to ~nclose as a Florid~ room, with the following stipul~tions: (1) The back lot must remain 7.5' or more (which is the utility easement). During all future builaing aevelopments from this date on, it is requestea tnat survey stakes aesignating the corners of each lot be pla~e. and left there intact throughout the cons~ructicn period ~nd u~til the house is sola. The building inspector should check for accuracy of set-backs. The motion was seconded by }~s. Cook. On Roll C~ll, the aotion carried unanLnously.
