A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COMMISSION OF TIlE
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, RECOGNIZING
SKIP LAZLO FOR HIS 30 YEARS OF DEDICATED
SERVICE AS AN EMPLOYEE OF TIlE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS; AND EXPRESSING OUR APPRECIATION ON
BEHALF OF TIlE CmZENS OF TIlE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, SKIP LAZLOhas proVid~dthe residents of Winter Springs with 30 years of
dedicated and distinguished sel'\liG~ inthe Winter Springs Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, SKIfLAZLO joined the Winter Springs Fire Department in the position of
Volunteer Fireman inlldy 1975, became a full time paid Firemanori {)e~ember 9,1977, was
awarded his Fire 9fficer 1 Certification on October 21, 1987, was promoted to Lieutenant in
November 1988,recyived his MllniGipal Fire Inspector Certification on July 26, 1989, and
was promoted to fill the tl~wly created position of Fire Inspector on November3a, 2005.

WImER SPRINGS, FLORIDA as follows:
SECTION 1- That the Mayor and Commission, City Manager, and Staff of the City of
Winter ~prings takes great pleasure upon the occasion of SKIP.. LAZLO'Sretil'ement to
recognize arid honor him for his uncommon leyelof distinguished service to ther,,-sidents of
Winter Springs through his employment in the Win tel' Springs Fi:r,,- IDepartm.ent.
SECTION II - .Thflt this.. R,,-sollltion commending the services of SKIP LAZLO be
recorded uPon the official Public Recprds and Minutes of this City Commission of the City of
Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION III - That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to SKIP LAZLO with our
sincerest thanks for his many contributions.
