HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2001-45 Filing Fees/Permits RESOLUTION NO. 2001-45 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA AMENDING AND REVISING ITS SCHEDULE OF FILING FEES AND PERMITS FOR DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND OTHER RELATED APPLICATIONS AND LICENSES; WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs has the authority to amend and repeal resolutions and to establish fees to adequately recover the costs of services; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined that it needs to update its fee schedule, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE HEREBY ESTABLISHED AND ALL PRVIOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTIONS RELATED TO FEES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO 600, 456, 771,762, 679, 2001-07 AS AMENDED ARE HEREBY REPEALED. Section 1. Zoning & Planning Fees are as shown plus actual costs incurred for advertising or notification and for reimbursement for services required from the City's Consulting Engineer, Planner, Architect, Landscape Architect, and Surveyor and other related technical and professional services needed in connection with the review, inspection or approval of any development, based on accounting submitted to City with letter of approval (payable prior to approval of the pertinent stage of development) + Actual Cost.
