A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
WAIVING THE PERMIT FEES FOR SIGNS FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE
NOVEMBER 4,1997 ELECTION; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI~REAS, a Municipal Election will be held this year on November 4, 1997; and
WI-IEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best interest of the City and the
general public to waive the fees for signs for all candidates in the November 4,1997 election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, hereby
waives the fee far political signs for all candidates in the November 4, 1997 election.
SECTION II: This Resolution shall remain in force and effect until November 4,1997.
SECTION III: A11 Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with this Resolution
are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV: This Resolution sha11 take effect September 9, 1997.
