RESOLUTION NO. 771
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS ADOPTING THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS BUILDING FEE SCHEDULE- FOR BUILDING PERMITS, ELECTRICAL PERMITS.
MECHANICAL PERMITS. PLUMBING PERMITS, MISCELLANEOUS BUILDING RELATED
PERMITS AND ACTIVITIES; SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS. pursuant to the authority of Ordinance No. 136 of the City of Winter Springs. Florida. the
City Commission can set inspection and permit fees by resolution for building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing
permits and other building related permits and services, and
WHEREAS. the City Commission deems it to be in the public interest to set the fees for inspection and
building related permits pursuant to Ordinance No. 136.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 - That the Commission adopt the "City of Winter Springs Building Fee Schedule" attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference. as the official fee schedule for building related permits and services.
SECTION II - That the above adopted fee schedule shall remain in full force and effect until revised by
subsequent resolution of the City Commission of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION III: The provisions of this Resolution are severable and if any section or part of this
Resolution shall for any reason be held invalid or unconstitional, the remaining parts or sections of this Resolution
shall remain valid and in full force and effect.
SECTION IV - All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION V: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
