RESOLUTION NO. 760
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO CHARLES L.
BYRAM FOR HIS OUTSTANDING CIVILIAN
VOLUNTEERISM TO THE WINTER SPRINGS POLICE
DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, CHARLES L. BYRAM has performed an outstanding service to
the public by volunteering his services to the City of Winter Springs Police Department for the
past 13 years, and
WHEREAS, the work and effort of CHARLES L. BYRAM has greatly benefited
the residents of Winter Springs, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, wish to express their ~ppreciation and acknowledgement on behalf of the citizens of
Winter Springs and to commend CHARLES L. BYRAM for his conscientious and faithful

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY WINTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA;
SECTION I: That this Resolution of Appreciation for the service of CHARLES
L. BYRAM be recorded upon the public records and minutes of said City Commission of the
City of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION II: That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to CHARLES L.
BYRAM with our heartfelt thanks for ajob well done.
