HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 679 Fire Department Fees CORRECTED COPY 4/13/92 RESOLUTION NO. 679 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR USER FEES AND CHARGES FOR SPECIFIC AND/ OR UNIQUE FIRE DEPARTMENT SERVICES; SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. Florida, has found it necessary to periodically review and update its fee WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, schedules pertaining to activities within the City, and WHEREAS, the City Commission of Winter Springs, Florida, has by the adoption of Ordinance No. 514 directed that it is necessary to set user fees and charges for specific and/or unique Fire Department services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, THAT: SECTION I: The following fees are hereby established: A. PLANS REVIEW: NEW AND EXISTING COMMERCIAL (a) Under 5,000 square feet (b) 5,001 to 15,000 square feet (c) 15,001 square feet and over (d) Fire protection/alarm systems CONSTRUCTION $25.00 35.00 50.00 25.00 B. INSPECTIONS (a) Licensing inspections (HRS, etc.) (b) Final Occupational license (c) New business occupational license (d) Construction (per occurrence) (e) Re-inspection (for rejection first occurrence) (Each additional occurrence) 15.00 25.00 25.00 25.00 25.00 15.00 C. All permits shall be valid for a period of one year unless other- wise specified. H. All inspection, re-inspection, and permit fees shall be paid in advance of the inspection or permit issuance. I. All fees and charges shall be payable at City Hall, 1126 East State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708. SECTION II: This resolution shall remain in force and effect until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered. SECTION III: All resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION IV: This resolution shall take immediate effect upon its passage and approval.
