THIS ORDINANCE AMENDS: CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 9-279 "OFF-STREET PARKING OF COM- MERCIAL VEHICLES", AMENDS CHAPTER 20, SECTION 20-431 "COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARKING IN RESIDEN- TIAL AREAS", AMENDS SECTION 20-432 "COMMERCIAL VEHICLES - DEFINITION", ADOPTS A NEW SECTION 20- 434 "AUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN RESI- DENTIAL AREAS"; ADOPTS A NEW SECTION 20-435 "AUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL VEHICLE LIMITED-TERM PARKING PERMITS", ADOPTS A NEW SECTION 20-437 "EXEMPTED VEHICLES", PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
