As was decided at our October 2nd Utility Manage- ment Committee Meeting the fee shall be $25.00. We need a resolution to add this user charge schedule. Also we should change the NSF check charges to $15.00 or 5% whichever is greater. This is per Florida Statutes No. 166.521 effective July 1, 1989.
