THREE. WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs adopted Resolution No. 634 on March 26, 1990, but inadvertently stated an erroneous premise for the Resolution and such Resolution was recorded at Official Record Book 2173, Page 0523, Public Records, Seminole County, Florida, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA: SECTION I: That the said Resolution No. 634 is hereby amended as follows: A. The following paragraph shall be struck: "WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida has considered the request of the owner of the above-described proper- ty, and as the above described property is the subject of a quiet title action by the property owner; and" B. In its place the following paragraph shall be substi- tuted: "WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has considered the request of the owner of the above-described proper- ty, and as the above-described property is surrounded entirely by real estate owned by Walter Dittmer, Jr. and Dittmer Properties, Inc; and" SECTION II: This Resolution shall take immediate effect upon its passage and approval.
