WHEREAS, the Personnel Policy of the City of Winter Springs, Florida was established by Ordinance No. 153, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 153 it provides that the Personnel Policy of the City may be amended from time to time by adopting a Resolution, and WHEREAS, the City needs to establish Official Holidays for the Calendar Year 1990, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA: SECTION I - That the City of Winter Springs, Florida, hereby supplements the Personnel Policy passed pursuant to Ordinance No. 153 of the City by establishing official holidays of the City for the calendar year 1990 as follows: Monday, January 1, 1990 - New Year's Day Friday, April 13, 1990 - Spring Holiday Monday, May 28, 1990 - Memorial Day Wednesday, July 4, 1990 - Independence Day Monday, September 3, 1990 - Labor Day Thursday, November 22, 1990 - Thanksgiving Day Friday, November 23, 1990 Monday, December 24, 1990 - Christmas Eve Tuesday, December 25, 1990 - Christmas Day Employee's Birthday Passed and adopted this 11th day of December,1989.
