Occupational License Taxes; providing for conflicts, severability, and effective date. Whereas, Chapter 10 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Winter Springs, Florida provides for Occupational Licenses, and Whereas, the City Commission of Winter Springs has determined it to be in the best interest of the City of Winter Springs to periodically revise the occupational license classifications in accordance with State Statute 205.0535, Now, therefore, be It ordained by the City Commission oftbe City oCWinter Springs as follows: Section I - That Section 10-29 of Article II, Occupational licenses is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following replaced therefore: Section 10-29 License taxes established.
