AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA VACATING,
ABANDONING AND CLOSING THAT PART OF TRACT "B", THE HIGHLANDS,
SECTION 4, PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE
AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 48 OF SAID HIGHLANDS,
SECTION 4; THENCE RUN NORTH 11-54'41" WEST, ALONG THE WESTERLY
LOT LINE THEREOF, 88.30 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE
CONTINUE NORTH 11o54'41" WEST, ALONG SAID WESTERLY LOT LINE,
16,29 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 60o54'14" WEST, 4.81 FEET; THENCE SOUTH
29o105'46" EAST, 15.56 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (CONTAINING
37.43 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS); AND, COMMENCE AT THE
SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 48 OF SAID HIGHLANDS, SECTION 4;

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined
it to be in the best interest of its citizens to vacate the utility easement described herein;
NOT, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida as follows:
SECTION I: The City hereby vacates, abandons and closes the following described
property:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 48 OF SAID
HIGHLANDS SECTION 4; THENCE RUN NORTH 11o54'41" WEST, ALONG THE
WESTERLY LOT LINE THEREOF, 88.30 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 11o54'41" WEST, ALONG SAID WESTERLY LOT
LINE, 16.29 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 6Oo54'14" WEST, 4.81 FEET; THENCE SOUTH
29o05'46" EAST, 15.56 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (CONTAINING

RESERVATION: The City of Winter Springs expressly reserves the right to
prohibit sanitary sewage service or placement of sanitary sewage devices on
that part of TRACT B, LOT 48, THE HIGHLANDS, SECTION 4 (containing
270.06 square feet more or less), Plat Book 19, Page 44, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCELS OF LAND LIE IN SEMINOLE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
SECTION II: That any portion of any City Ordinance in conflict herewith shall be hereby
repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage.
