THIRD STREET BOUNDED ON THE WEST BY THE PROJECTED EASTERL Y RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF NORTH F AIRFAX AVENUE AND BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE PROJECTED WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MOSS ROAD OF NORTH ORLANDO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 10 & 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE: WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined it to be in the best interest of its citizens to vacate a portion of Third Street described herein; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, as follows: SECTION I: The City hereby vacates, abandons and closes the following described property: THAT PORTION OF N. THIRD STREET BOUNDED ON THE WEST BY THE PROJECTED EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF NORTH F AIRFAX AVENUE AND BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE PROJECTED WESTERL Y RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MOSS ROAD OF NORTH ORLANDO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 10 & 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SECTION II: That any portion of any City Ordinance in conflict herewith shall be hereby repealed.
