A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
PROVIDING FOR THE DIVISION OF LOTS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
AS APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON APRIL 8, 1985;
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the applicant, I. G. A. Holding Company has made
application to the City Commission for the following property to be divided
as follows:
From the Northeast corner of North Orlando Ranches Section 1,
as recorded in P. B. 12, Page 3, P.R. of Seminole Co., Fl.,
run S.07" E. along the East boundary line of said North
Orlando Ranches Sec. 1 and the east right-of-way line of
Shore Road, 20.93 feet; thence run N. 83o37'55" E. 1690.23 feet;

WHEREAS, the City Commission was informed that:
1. The owner was seeking such division of the property of a
sufficient size;
2. The property in question is not contained in an approved
Planned Unit Development platted area;
3. The lots to be divided have not been previously divided
pursuant to Section 14-3.1;
4. The lots to be divided shall be divided into no more
the established criteria contained in the category of zoning under which the
than two parcels or lots and that each parcel or lot shall in every respect meet
property is zoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 - that the division of the property is approved by the
City Commission as follows:
(a) the following property owned by I.G.A. Holding Company is to
be divided:

SECTION II - This Resolution shall remain in force and effect
until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
SECTION III - All REsolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV - This Resolution shall take immediate effect upon
its passage and approval.
