HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 591 Vacating/Utility Easement ORDINANCE NO. 591 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE SOUTHERLY EIGHT (8) FEET OF THE NORTHERLY FIFTEEN (15) FOOT UTILITY EASEIvIENT LOCATED ON LOT 3, THE HIGHLANDS SECTION FOUR TRACTS A & B REPLA T, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARL Y DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE: WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined it to be in the best interest of its citizens to vacate the utility easement described herein; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida as follows: SECTION I: The City hereby vacates, abandons and closes the following described property: THE SOlJTHERLY EIGHT (8) FEET OF THE NORTHERLY FIFTEEN (15) FOOT IJTILITY EASEl\.1ENT LOCATED ON LOT 3, THE HIGHLANDS SECTION FOUR TRACTS A & B REPLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL OF LAND LIES IN SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SECTION II: That any portion of any City Ordinance in conflict herewith shall be hereby repealed.
