ORDINANCE NO. 568
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WiNTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE
FOLLOWING:
A portion of an unnamed right -of -way as shown on the plat
of D. R. Mitchell' s Survey of the Levy Grant on Lake
Jessup, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida, lying Southerly of
Lots 23, 24 and 25 of Block B, and Northerly of Lots 29
and 30 of Block B, of said Plat (also known as Second
Street as shown on the vacated P 1 at of Luttrell Park, as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 44, of the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida) and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection between the South
Right-of-Way line of Second Street with the West Right-
of-Way line of Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence run
North 71029' 09" West along said South Right-of-Way line
634.15 feet to a point on a curve concave Southwesterly
having a radius of 418 feet; thence from a tangent
bearing of North 40 0 24' 26" West run Northwesterly along
the arc of said curve 67.40 feet through a central angle
of 09014'21" to the North Right-of-Way line of said
Second Street; then run from, a tangent bearing of North
49038'37" West run South 71029'09" East 680.77 feet along
said North Right-of-Way line to a point on a curve
concave Southwesterly having a radius of 768.51 feet;
thence fran a tangent bearing of South 07011'57" East run
Southeasterly along the arc of said curve and the
aforementioned West Right-of-Way line of Seaboard Coast
Line Railroad a distance of 32.97 feet through a central
angle of 02027'28" to the Point of Beginning.
Containing therein 0.4515 acres.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida) has determined it to be in the best interest of its citizens
to vacate the right-of-way described herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the
City of Winter Springs, Florida, as follows:

The City hereby vacates and abandons the following
described property:
A portion of an unnamed right-of-way as shown on the plat
of D. R. Mitchell's Survey of the Levy Grant on Lake
Jessup, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, of the Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida, lying Southerly of
Lots 23, 24 and 25 of Block B, and Northerly of Lots 29
and 30 of Block B, of said Plat (also known as Second
Street as shown on the vacated Plat of Luttrell Park, aSCfl
recorded in Plat Book i 1, Page 44, of the Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida) and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection between the South

North 71029' 09" West along said South Right-of-Way line

Line Railroad a distance of 32.97 feet through a central
angle of 02027'28" to the Point of Beginning.
Containing therein O.4515: acres.
THE ABOVE DESCRiBED PARCEL OF LAND LIES iN SEMINOLE
COUNTY, FLORiDA.
SECT ION i.l: That any portion of any City Ordinance In conflict
herewith shall hereby be repealed.
This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage.
