RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION OF IMARA CORPORATION
FOR FINAL P.U.D. DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL
GROUNDS: Inadequate Utility and Transportation Systems to
Support Proposed Population
WHEREAS Imara Corporation, [hereinafter, "the Developer"} has made
application to the City of Winter Springs for approval of a Final P.U.D. Development
Plan and Preliminary Subdivision Plan affecting certain real property located in the
Tuscawilla P.U.D. known as "Fairway Oaks II", hereafter referred to as "the Subject
Property"; and
WHEREAS the City Council finds that the existing utilities and transportation
systems are not adequate for the population of the proposed development;
NOW THEREFORE be it RESOLVED that application of Imara Corporation for
approval of its Final P.U.D. Development Plan and the same hereby is DENIED.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF we hereby set our hands and seals this 9th day of
