HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 541 Country Club Village ORDINANCE NO. 541 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPR I NGS FLOR IDA, VACAT I NG AND ABANDON lNG, SOLELY THAT UTILITY EASEMENT, LESS THE SOUTHERLY FIFTEEN ( 15) FEET THEREOF , LOCATED IMMEDIATELY BEHIND LOTS 1,2,3, AND 4, COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE UNIT ONE, PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 4 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA MORE PARTICULALY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE: WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined it in the best interest of its citizens to vacate the utility easement described herein: NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, as follows: SECTION I: The City hereby vacates and abandons the following described property. SOLELY THAT UTILITY EASEMENT, LESS THE SOUTHERLY FIFTEEN ( 15) FEET THEREOF, LOCATED IMMEDIATELY BEHIND LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE UNIT ONE, PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 4 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LIES IN SEM I NOLE COUNTY, FLOR I DA. SECTION II; This Ordinance shall be effective upon it passage.
