ORDINANCE NO. 536
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
AMENDING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN SECTION 15. EFFECTIVE
DATE, OF ORDINANCE NO. 513 ADOPTED ON APRIL 27, 1992;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida,
adopted Ordinance No. 513 on April 27, 1992, and
WHEREAS, in Section 15 there is a scrivener's error in the effective
date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I - That Section 15, Effective Date, in Ordinance No. 513 be
amended by deleting the words, "this 9th day of December, 1991".
SECTION II - That any portion of any City Ordinance in conflict
herewith shall hereby be repealed.
SECTION III - This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and
adoption.

for inspection. Interested parties may
