AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF ONIEDA
LANE (50' R-O-W) AND OTIS CO WAY (50' R-O-W) AS DESCRIBED IN
SECTION I BELOW, AND AS DEPICTED IN ATTACHED EXHIBITS "A"
AND "B", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF TUSCAWILLA UNIT 14B,
PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 6 PUBLIC RECORDS
OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLO DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS: PROVIDING B ILITY AND

WHEREAS, the City Com, winter springs
Florida, has determined it ts of its citizens
to vacate portions of the of Way described
herein:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the
City of Winter Springs, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City hereby vacates, abandons and closes the
following described property: .
DESCRIPTION:
A part of Oneida Lane (50' RjW) and Otisco Way (50' RjW) according
to the plat of Tuscawilla Unit 14B as recorded in Plat Book 37,
pages 6 through 10 of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 270 of said plat of
Tuscawilla Unit 14B; thence run South 89' 56'24" West along the
North line of Lots 270, 271 and 272 of said plat a distance of
374.57 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 273 of said plat of
Tuscawilla Unit 14B; thence run South 00047'11" East along the
East line of said Lot 273 a distance of 152.51 feet to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 273 and a point on the North
Right-of-Way line of said Oneida Lane for a Point of Beginning;
thence run South 01 32'17" West a distance of 50.04 feet to a
point on the South Right-of-Way line of said Oneida Lane; thence
run South 89012'46" West along said South Right-of-Way line a
distance of 99.97 feet to the point of curvature of a curve
concave Southeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence run
Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central
angle of 90000'00" a distance of 39.27 feet to a point of cusp
and a point on the East Right-of-Way line of said Otisco Way;
thence departing said East Right-of-Way line run North 00047'14"
West tangent to said curve a distance of 25.00 feet to the point
of curvature of a curve concave Westerly having a radius of
50.00 feet; thence run Northerly along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 30' 00'00" a distance of 26.18 feet;
thence departing said curve run North 89012"46" East parallel
with the North Right-of-Way line of said Oneida Lane a distance
of 33.70 feet; thence run North 00047'14" West perpendicular to
said North Right-of-Way line a distance of 25.00 feet to the
Southwest corner of said lot 273 and a point on the North Right-
of-Way line of said Oneida Lane; thence run North 89012'46" East
along said North Right-of-Way line a distance of 100.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning:

being the North Right-of-Way line of Oneida Lane for a distance
of 77.00 feet to a point of cusp of a curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 50.00 feet and central angle of
60000'00"; thence run Southeasterly along the arc of said curve
for a distance of 52.36 feet to a point of non-tangency; thence
run S 890 53'36" E along the centerline of Oneida Lane for a
distance of 33.70 feet; thence run N 00006'24" E for a distance
of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

SECTION II. That any portion of any City Ordinance
conflict herewith shall hereby be repealed.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage.
