RESOLUTION NO. 335
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
FIXING THE FEES TO BE PAID BY APPLICANTS FOR CERTAIN
SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES; TO REPEAL RESOLUTION NO. 321;
CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined
that it needs to revise and consolidate its Fee Schedule for certain services
and activities, and
WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has found it
necessary to periodically review and update the fee schedule for services
and activities rendered by the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA THAT:
SECTION I - The following Fee Schedule is adopted as being the
Official Fee Schedule for the City of Winter Springs, Florida:
A. Filing Fee for Review of Preliminary Development Plan -
$250.00.
B. Filing Fee for Review of Final EnKineerinK and Plat -
(i) $15.00 each 1/2 acre and smaller lot
(ii) $20.00 each lot larger than 1/2 acre
(iii) The minimum fee shall be $200.00
C. Fee for Consultation and Inspection of Developments
during time period from date of approval of final
engineering until expiration of maintenance bond or
issuance of last final inspection, whichever is later,
or until last inspection in developments with private
roads. A minimum fee of $500 plus all actual costs in
excess of $500 as submitted by the City Engineer to the
City of Winter Springs; the minimum of $500 fee to be
paid within 10 days after approval of the final
engineering by the City Council; the costs in excess
of $500 incurred by the City to be paid within 10 days
of issuance by the City of a quarterly invoice listing
such costs.
D. Filing Fee for Site Plan Review - a minimum fee of $200.00
to be paid at the time of application and all actual
engineering costs in excess of $200.00 as submitted by
the City Engineer to the City of Winter Springs.
E. Filing fee for review of final engineer inK of unplatted,
commercial and site developments in a PUD and for review
of enKineerinK of all miscellaneous nonresidential con-
struction in a PUD - a minimum fee of $200.00 to be
paid at the time of application and all actual
engineering costs in excess of $200.00 as submitted
by the City Engineer to the City of Winter Springs
F. Filing Fee for Annexation -
(i) Property with legal description of less than
50 words - $100.00.
(ii) 51-200 words - $200.00.
(iii) 201-400 words $300.00
(iv) 401-500 words $400.00
(v) more than 500 words - $500.00
(vi) annexations solicited by the City of Winter Springs - no fee.

G. Filing Fee for Rezoning Application to:
(i) Residential Single Family------------------------------------------- $l00.00
(ii) Residential Multi-Family _________________________$150.00
(iii) Commercial----------------------------------------------------------- $200.00
plus $5.00 per acre to be rezoned.
(iv) Industrial (C-2)_________________________________$250.00
plus $10.00 per acre to be rezoned.

J. Filing Fee for Amendment to Approved Preliminary

T. Filing fee for review and approval of any development

costs incurred by the City for legal counsel and
engineering consultation, the fee to be payable upon
submittal to the applicant of statements of costs by
the City.
U. Street Cut or Jack and Bo~e - Per Permit----------------------- $ 12.00
V. Driveway - Street - Per Permit ------------------------------------- $ 5.00
SECTION II - This Resolution shall remain in force and effect
until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
SECTION III - Resolution Number 321 and all resolutions, or parts
of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV - This Resolution shall take immediate effect upon it
passage and approval.
