HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 313 Board Expenses RESOLUTION NO. 313 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY THE CITY TO THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FOR THEIR REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENDITURES NATURALLY AND NECESSARILY INCURRED BY THEM PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 219; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 219, which was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, on the 8th day of July, 1980, provides for the reimbursement for members of the Planning and Zoning Board and Board of Adjustment of the City from the City Treasury for expenditures naturally and necessarily incurred by them by virtue of their offices, and WHEREAS, said reimbursement for their expenses is to be estab- lished by Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, SECTION I - That Planning and Zoning Board members of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be allowed actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties by submitting vouchers for payment to the Finance Clerk. SECTION II - That Board of Adjustment members of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be allowed actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties by submitting vouchers for payment to the Finance Clerk. SECTION III - This Resolution shall remain in force and effect until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered. SECTION IV - All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION V - This Resolution shall take immediate effect upon its passage and approval.
